1. Refund & Return Policy

At RefinedLane, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return window You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-returnable items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged through misuse or normal wear after delivery

How to start a return Email us at refinedlanehelp@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions and the return address.

Return shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect. In those cases, RefinedLane will cover the full cost of return shipping.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, email us at refinedlanehelp@gmail.com and we will guide you through the process.

Late or missing refunds If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account again, then contact your card provider. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at refinedlanehelp@gmail.com.
