Order processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
Delivery times Estimated delivery time after processing is 7–15 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they may be affected by carrier delays, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order size. Any applicable promotions or free-shipping offers will be displayed at checkout.
Order tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use it to follow your package's journey. If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days of ordering, contact us at refinedlanehelp@gmail.com.
Customs, duties & taxes For international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
